Role & Responsibilities: - Work with the founder to define M&A strategy, long-range planning, and identify inorganic growth opportunities. - Support deal structuring, negotiations, and execution. - Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning. - Develop business cases for new markets, products, or investments. - Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, JVs, and minority investments. - Prepare Board-level presentations and support strategic decision-making. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders (banks, advisors, investors). Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in investment banking & corporate development. - Proven track record in leading complex M&A transactions or IPO. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. - Strong analytical, financial modelling, and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
