This role is with one of our portfolio companies. We are looking for either a brand marketing or growth marketing person only from the startups. Responsibilties: - Developing our marketing strategy and budgets in line with our business goals - Executing our marketing and growth strategy across PAN India - Managing our marketing initiatives across all lead generation channels - digital marketing, referrals, SEO, BTL, etc. - Working with influencers to establish our digital presence on Youtube - Closely tracking results and RoI of all marketing initiatives and helping optimize CACs - Work closely with product team to streamline referral marketing - Be responsible for entire marketing budget for company - Leading our 6 member content, design & BTL marketing team Requirements: - Graduate/post-graduate/ MBA (preferred) - 5+ years of experience in start-ups or corporates across marketing/ growth roles - Location - Mumbai - Experience in a D2C high-growth start-up environment is preferred (consumer-facing start-ups) - A strategic and tactical thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving organizational growth
