Responsibility: - The role is of a P&L leader with direct responsibility for Revenue, Category, and Operations - It is a pivotal role in scaling our business, optimizing operations, and driving profitable growth - This role demands both strategic thinking and operational execution, working closely with the CEO as a thought partner - Own and drive the company's P&L with a clear focus on revenue growth, channel expansion, profitability and operational efficiency. - Develop and execute strategies to scale existing categories while expanding into new growth areas. - Oversee category teams to ensure strong merchandising, demand planning, and product-market fit. - Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies. - Lead end-to-end supply chain, retail, and D2C fulfillment to ensure seamless customer experience. - Scale retail operations and improve efficiency across our offline stores and e-commerce platform - Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, shaping the company's growth roadmap - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution Requirements: - 10+ years of leadership experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, retail, or D2C businesses. - Proven track record in P&L ownership, scaling revenue, and operational leadership. - Strong understanding of category management, supply chain, and omnichannel retail. - Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution-comfortable with both boardroom discussions and ground-level problem-solving. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
