Role Overview
The Manager Strategy will be a key strategic pillar of the organization, working directly with the Vice President Strategy & Growth to drive Elevate Nows business forward.
Youll act as the right hand to the VP, playing a critical role in shaping, executing, and optimizing strategies across business verticals. From growth planning and operational excellence to P&L insights and strategic problem-solving this is a role that demands ownership, analytical strength, and leadership maturity.
This isnt just a coordination role its a high-impact position designed for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving measurable outcomes, and shaping the next phase of a fast-scaling business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Partner with the VP to design and execute strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend growth pathways.
- Contribute to goal-setting, performance reviews, and business planning cycles.
- Drive alignment across departments to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.
Operational Excellence (OPEX)
- Lead projects focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs to identify process gaps and areas of improvement.
- Drive implementation of new processes, systems, and reporting structures that enhance performance.
Business Performance & Data Insights
- Build and maintain analytical dashboards tracking business metrics, revenue trends, and targets.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making, planning, and forecasting.
- Translate complex data into meaningful narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Manage follow-through on key projects and ensure timely completion of organizational goals.
- Act as a bridge between strategic planning and on-ground execution.
Leadership Enablement
- Support the VP in business reviews, leadership presentations, and board-level reporting.
- Manage special projects and high-priority initiatives that influence organizational direction.
- Be a sounding board for new ideas, problem-solving, and performance improvement.
What Were Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or management consulting, preferably in a high-growth startup, healthtech, or consumer tech environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership abilities.
- Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable outcomes.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business / Strategy / Operations preferred.
