Description: As the Strategy Manager CXO Office, you will be the working for leadership team, driving strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth initiatives.
You will own critical projects across functions, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that impact the entire organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity startup environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can translate strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with CXO to define and track strategic initiatives across the company
- Drive business planning, OKR setting, and operational cadence
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights, financial modeling, and performance tracking
Operational Excellence:
- Map and optimize end-to-end workflows across departments: Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Marketing
- Develop and implement SOPs, dashboards, and performance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance member experience
Data & Analytics:
- Maintain a centralized MIS and reporting framework for leadership review
- Analyze trends and recommend strategic interventions
- Track KPIs across functions and ensure execution aligns with company goals
Innovation & Growth:
- Identify new operational models, automation opportunities, and process innovations
- Support pilots for new services, markets, or product initiatives
- Collaborate with tech and clinical teams to enhance product and service delivery
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from premium institutions (IIM, ISB, IIT, NITIE, XLRI, etc.)
- 36 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting roles
- Strong exposure to startups, healthcare, or healthtech domains.
