Job Description: We're building Elevate Now, India's first doctor-led medical weight-loss company, addressing obesity and metabolic health through clinical care, nutrition coaching, fitness guidance, diagnostics, and structured, sustainable habit change. We are looking for a Founder's Office Analyst who can bring structure to ambiguity, creating clear visibility into the business, and driving high-impact initiatives across teams. Location: Bengaluru Work Schedule: Six working days per week Immediate joiners preferred Experience: 1-2 years Key Responsibilities: Weekly Business Reviews & Organizational Visibility: - Run weekly business reviews across all departments, ensuring clarity on performance, risks, and upcoming priorities. - Consolidate reports across functions to create a unified, bird's-eye view of organizational performance. - Pre-analyze data, identify trends, red flags, and actionable insights, and present these directly to the founder. - Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Execution - Lead and execute two core initiatives: the Supplements vertical and Medicines Manufacturing. - Drive market research, vendor evaluation, financial modelling, and cross-functional coordination to take these verticals from concept to launch. Problem Solving & Cross-Functional Execution: - Step in where teams are stuck-process gaps, data issues, or operational bottlenecks-and help diagnose and resolve problems. - Partner with product, operations, sales, finance, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on key business metrics. Analytics & Decision Support: - Build and maintain internal dashboards, metric packs, and performance trackers. - Convert raw data into actionable insights for the founder and leadership team. - Support investor updates, board reviews, and strategic planning cycles with structured analysis. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Tech/ B.E or MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs, ISB, or equivalent). - Experience: 1-2 years in consulting, venture-backed startups, or Founder's Office roles. - Strong experience in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder coordination. - High analytical capability with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with data (SQL/Python is a plus). - Ability to think strategically while executing with strong attention to detail. - High ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to move quickly without compromising quality. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring structure and influence across teams.
