Role Description:

- In the role of Relationship Manager and Senior Manager at EFL, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored finance solutions.

- Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, achieving business targets, managing customer portfolios, and ensuring excellent customer service.

- The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver optimal financial services.

- This is an on-site, full-time position based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications:

- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client partnerships.

- Proficiency in sales and business development, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Financial analysis and credit underwriting knowledge is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in financial products such as machinery loans, business loans, and working capital loans is desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.

- Experience in the Non-Banking Financial Sector or similar industry is preferred.
