Job Summary:
This role requires a strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of machine loan/SME finance.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development:
- Ensure the continuous career development of team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and leadership to executives in understanding their deliverables and achieving sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Credit & Operations Management:
- Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure adherence to policies.
- Ensure speedy resolution of customer queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels.
- Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and compliance.
Sales & Business Development:
- Implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and acquire new clients.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their financial needs and providing solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective problem-solving.
Financial Analysis & Market Insight:
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the SME business landscape and industry trends.
- Provide insights and feedback to senior management on market conditions and product improvements.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Banking/NBFC (Asset Finance) area.
Managerial Experience: Prior experience in a managerial position handling techno-commercial aspects in related industries is preferred.
Overall Experience: Minimum 7 years of overall experience in related industries.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Competencies:
- Proven experience in dealing with Machine Loan, Business Loan, and/or SME Finance products.
- Strong track record of hard core sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Very good with financial analysis and possess in-depth knowledge of SME Business.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Behavioral Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
