Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our sales and marketing initiatives for our machine loan product. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our presence in the PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune) territory. This role demands a strong understanding of the local market, proven leadership in team management, and experience in financial products related to machinery loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Forecasting:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Create accurate sales forecasting reports and monitor pipeline health to ensure consistent growth.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.

- Provide actionable insights to improve team productivity and market penetration.

Team Leadership:

- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.

Market Expansion:

- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external distributors to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Annual Planning:

- Contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing plans.

- Align team objectives with organizational goals and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Proven experience in handling sales teams, preferably in the machine loan or financial services sector.

- Strong understanding of the PCMC (Pune) territory, including customer behavior, competition, and regulatory landscape.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
