
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person/virtual meetings to generate interest.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose solutions that meet their business needs.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings with prospects.
Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to drive decision-making.
Deal Negotiation & Closure:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Lead negotiation efforts to close deals effectively and ensure win-win partnerships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets consistently.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Provide insights, feedback, and requirements gathered from clients to internal teams.
- Represent the company at business events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports in CRM systems.
- Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Present weekly/monthly updates to leadership teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities with experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc. ), MS Office, and sales automation tools
