Responsibilities : - Responsible for end to end business management: planning, monitoring, creating dashboards & review/feedback mechanism - Devising data-driven action plans to quickly solve escalations from field team/partners/Stakeholders - Monitoring and improving daily functions in deployment & building processes based on our business goals & key business metrics - Coordinate with the field operations team to implement operational/strategic initiatives and SOPs by developing work plans - Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards - Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through on ground and remote set ups - Strong data visualization skills and evaluation skills - with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into actionable insights and recommendations - Design, document, and implement SOPs to drive robustness in processes and operations. - Work with operations teams to ensure that stakeholders are following the processes standardized as per the process playbook and achieve complete process adherence. - Own the process deployment charter - train operations resources on new processes and process changes - Be a constant bridge between the ground operations team and other functions like Business Development, Tech, and Finance. Skills Required : - Proven experience of 8+ years - Hands on experience in Process building, process execution, team building, team training, scaling operations, Supply Chain management, Cost optimisation and Vendor Management - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams - Readiness to work in a highly ambiguous environment and bias for action - Ability to develop, execute, improvise and improve 0-1 building and growth initiatives - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
