Role Overview :

We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead to spearhead R&D in electrical power systems, with a strong focus on software-defined power solutions, stranded power management, and cost-saving technology innovations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead research and development initiatives in electrical power systems and software-defined power solutions

- Drive technology innovation to improve cost efficiency and system reliability

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams for new developments, infrastructure upgrades, and rectifications

- Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB and COMSOL

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance performance and reduce costs

- Perform quarterly reviews of technologies and commercial outcomes to guide R&D strategies

Experience & Qualifications:

Education: Masters / Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering preferred)

Experience: 10+ years in electrical engineering, design, and R&D

Mandatory:

- Hands-on expertise in MATLAB and COMSOL for simulations and modeling

- Strong background in power systems design, construction, and commissioning

- Exposure to data center environments preferred
