Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager.
The role is located in Bengaluru, but some work from home is acceptable.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends and sales performance.
They will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution in the EMS Industry, with a focus on selling manufacturing services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong knowledge of e-procurement systems, contract lifecycle, and export documentation.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial), Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of direct sales experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully hunting and closing new business deals with electronics manufacturing companies.
