About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with 6-8 years of experience to lead requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration across cross-functional teams. This is a remote-first opportunity, ideal for someone who is analytical, business-savvy, and thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

- Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows using standard tools

- Translate business needs into technical specifications for product, development, and QA teams

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure deliverables meet business objectives

- Conduct GAP analysis, feasibility studies, and suggest process improvements

- Define and monitor KPIs, generate insights through dashboards and reports

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, managing priorities and backlogs

- Support UAT planning, test cases review, and post-deployment validations

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS/Product, BFSI, Consulting, or Tech domains

- Proven experience in writing BRDs, wireframes, workflows, and stakeholder documentation

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working with Jira/Confluence

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to convert data into actionable insights

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or other data visualization tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional setup

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Analytics

- Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or equivalent preferred

- Domain experience in Fintech, SaaS, Retail Tech, or Enterprise solutions is a plus
