We are looking for a proactive and driven Sr. Associate - Talent Acquisition to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in hiring, thrives in fast-paced startup ecosystems, and is passionate about delivering quality talent in tight timelines.
Job Title: Sr. Associate - Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary offered - 8 - 9 LPA
Reporting to: Head - HR
Experience: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Support and Business roles across levels
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
- Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing techniques - Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
- Drive effective communication and coordination across stakeholders during the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate data on the ATS and generate periodic reports for reviews
- Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives as required Stay up to date with hiring trends and best practices in the startup ecosystem
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is essential
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates in parallel
- Familiarity with Zoho ATS system is a plus
