- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Associate Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing our portfolio of strategic partnerships.

-This role requires a strong blend of business development, relationship management, and strategic thinking.

- The Partnerships Associate Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships that align with our business objectives.

Location: Hyderabad.

Reporting To: Director, Strategic Partnerships.

Responsibilities:.

Identify and Acquire New Partnerships:.

- Research and identify potential partners that align with the company's goals and values.

- Develop a strategic approach to engage and attract new partners.

- Initiate and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Build and Maintain Relationships:.

- Foster strong relationships with current and potential partners.

- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with partners.

Ensure Health and Growth of Partnerships:.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the health and growth of partnerships.

- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.

Develop and Execute Partnership Programs:.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership programs.

- Create and manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative projects.

Track and Report Key Metrics:.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.

- Regularly track and report on the performance of partnerships against established KPIs.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Use industry knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models.

The Successful Applicant:.

- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics.

- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
