Ekfrazo Technologies - Programme Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Lead feature and user story definition sessions.

- Lead scope prioritization sessions and backlog grooming.

- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, business partners, and technology partners.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.

- Assists in the identification of technical gaps and collaborates with broader teams to facilitate resolution risks, opportunities and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes.

- Maintain core critical metrics.

- Support governance processes for assigned product(s).

- Provide updates to senior stakeholders on regular basis.

Skills & Expertise:

- 8+ years of similar industry experience in Program management.

- Understanding of Data products, data platforms.

- Experience in converting business requirements to tech features.

- Experience in working with technology as partners.

- Strong understanding of the Product Management lifecycle, with specific application of Scaled Agile delivery.

- Ability to think globally and drive standardization in processes and capabilities (May be required to "act locally" - governed by compliance, legal, or market-specific requirements).

- Demonstration of skill in gathering and facilitating definition and clarity on needs translated into high-quality features and user stories.

- Ability to drive innovation, communicate effectively, and influence without authority are necessary leadership attributes of a successful candidate.

- BFS experience is mandatory.

- Good to have - understanding of merchant onboarding, KYC-KYB processes, acquisitions, fincrime.
