We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing team and play a key role in managing our financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Accounting Operations:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP),
- General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and expense management.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Support the development of budgets, perform variance analysis, and partner with department heads to manage spending and optimize resource allocation.
Compliance & Taxation:
- Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for tax filings and financial audits.
Internal Controls & Processes:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth financial operations.
Strategic Finance Support:
- Assist in financial modeling, investor reporting, and due diligence processes during fundraising rounds or strategic initiatives.
Cash Flow & Burn Monitoring:
- Track and report key metrics such as burn rate, cash flow, and runway on a regular basis to support leadership decision-making.
Accounting Systems:
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in Tally and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Payroll:
- Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
What We're Looking For:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with Tally and other accounting tools
Attributes:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup
