Job description:

Location: Mysore (Work from Office).

Experience: 5 to 7 years (or as per requirement).

Employment Type: Full-time.

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Technical Services Manager to play a dual role of driving international business growth and leading internal technical support operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development across the USA, UK, and AU regions, managing IT/technical support teams, and coordinating with outsourcing partners.

This role requires flexibility with working hours/shifts to accommodate client interactions across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Responsibilities:


- Identify and acquire new customers in the USA, UK, and AU markets.


- Develop and implement strategies to expand the companys presence in these regions.


- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.


- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition campaigns and lead generation efforts.


- Participate in proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

Technical Services Leadership:


- Lead and manage internal IT and technical support operations, ensuring optimal service delivery.


- Oversee day-to-day IT support to ensure efficiency, reliability, and minimal downtime of internal systems.


- Align technical delivery with business goals and customer expectations.


- Evaluate and improve IT processes, security standards, and technical support practices to drive operational excellence.

Partner Relationship Management:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian outsourcing partners to ensure smooth operations.


- Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless integration of outsourced services into company operations.


- Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues to maintain performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.


- 6-8 years of experience in business development, account management, and IT/technical support leadership.


- Proven experience in international client acquisition and relationship management (USA/UK/AU).


- Strong understanding of IT support operations and partner/vendor management.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Additional Details:

Work Location: Mysore (Work from Office mandatory).

Shift Timings: Flexible working hours with the ability to support overlapping USA, UK, and AU time zones as required.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required to meet clients or partners (domestic and international).

Mode: Full-time, Permanent.
