About Us:

EIVA is a 19-year-old boutique investment bank specialising in mid-tier trades with transaction values ranging from INR 50 Cr to INR 1000 Cr. We provide expert financial advisory and execution services to a diverse clientele of businesses and investors. We have closed over 70 transactions, totalling to transaction value of more than INR 13,000 Cr, primarily spanning across private equity, M&A, IPO Advisory and Structured Finance. We are currently in the process of starting our SME IPO division.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Associate at EIVA, you will work on a wide range of transactions in the organisation, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity investments, venture capital deals and structured finance transactions. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly motivated and wants to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deal Execution: Collaborate with team to support the end-to-end execution of the transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, valuation analysis and preparing IMs and pitch Books.

- IPO transaction management: Lead the entire execution process for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), ensuring they align with both regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Operational support and coordination: Provide operational support for deal execution, coordinating with underwriters, legal counsel, auditors, and other external parties to ensure the transaction progresses seamlessly.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by mapping industries, actively prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, and meeting with different promoters.

- Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and team members.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic insights, conducting market research, and effectively communicating progress throughout the deal lifecycle.

- Documentation: Prepare and review transaction documents, such as term sheets and offering memoranda ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 3-4 years of relevant work experience specialising in investment banking and related functions.

- MBA from a Tier 1 institution or a Chartered Accountant credential.

- Proven track record in managing end to end transactions, including due diligence, documentation, investor targeting, and valuations is preferred.
