About the Role : We are seeking college graduates to join our Professional Services team as Business Analysts (BA). BAs play a key role in supporting the Engagement Managers (EMs) and Business Transformation Managers (BTMs) through all the key implementation phases and activities of the project, ensuring successful delivery of the same. The BA will work very closely with seasoned EMs and BTMs to learn the tricks of the trade and develop themselves to eventually play either of the roles based on their career aspirations and passion. Primary Responsibilities : - Participate in all phases of a solution implementation project working along with Engagement Managers (EM), Business Transformation Managers (BTM), Solution Architects (SA) and Data Integration Consultant (DIC) help shape relevant deliverables - Partner closely with EM and collaborate with Client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to create a great first experience for our customers - Partner with BTM to provide recommendations around future state workflow possibilities given short-term vs long-term client priorities, goals, use cases, requirements, technical infrastructure/limitations and timelines - Support BTM during the Discovery and Design phases of the implementation (depending on complexity of engagement) - Prepare materials needed for design sessions including standard EF workflows and configuration workbook - Assist in updating EF standard workflows, Functional Design documents and Non Coding Configurations (Configuration Workbook) based on design discussions with the client - Support the BTM and SA during the Unit Testing phase of the project and ensure that the configured product meets client requirements, as documented in the config workbook - Assist in documenting test scripts/test scenarios for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and subsequently support the customer power users by answering any questions related to the functionality being tested - Participate along with EM in project and client weekly status meetings and bring relevant perspectives wherever possible - Take ownership of and maintain project trackers / action item logs - Proactively flag any risks or issues on the project to better prepare the EM to message it back to the customer - Work with Customer Success Manager (CSM) and client stakeholders in shaping the Change Management strategy and support key change management interventions - Take ownership to proactively research and resolve client issues and nudge them to lean on industry best practices wherever possible - Drive continuous feedback loops cross-functionally to communicate best practices/lessons learned - Work with internal teams to share customer feedback about future enhancements and hence drive product roadmap by being the Voice of Customer Basic Qualifications : - Currently pursuing or completed an MBA or similar degree - Year of Graduation: 2021 or 2022 ONLY - Good understanding of technology Preferred Qualifications : - Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment - Curious mind to continuously develop product knowledge through trainings and research - Demonstrate proactiveness, ownership, empathy and independent judgement - Demonstrate highest level customer centricity, teamwork, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills - Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to not just thrive in ambiguity but also help define systems and processes to resolve those - Flexibility to work on cross regional projects - Thoroughly understand the Eightfold's delivery methodology and identify gaps if any around process or reusable knowledge artefacts to help prepare the organization and the team for scale We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
