Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Service Sales Manager located in Hyderabad.

- The IT Service Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Day-to-day tasks include generating sales leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the delivery team to ensure successful project implementation.

- Additionally, the IT Service Sales Manager will be accountable for achieving sales targets and contributing to market strategy development.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai (Remote or Hybrid options available).

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Services Sales to drive business growth in the India market.

The ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT solutions and services (such as system integration, cloud, middleware, API management, and automation solutions) to enterprise and BFSI clients.

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the India region.

- Sell a portfolio of IT services including Application Integration, API Management, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, and Support & maintenance.

- Work closely with delivery teams and technical presales to create compelling proposals and solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for target sectors (especially Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, and government).

- Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

- Maintain strong relationships with CXO-level executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement heads.

- Track sales metrics and report regularly to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales, preferably in Middleware, Cloud, API, or Digital Transformation.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Deep understanding of Indian enterprise IT ecosystem and buying patterns.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g , Salesforce) and pipeline management.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):.

- Experience working with System Integrators or Tier-1 IT Services companies.

- Existing network in BFSI or Government verticals.

- Exposure to international delivery models and presales coordination.
