Job Briefing:

- An Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. This role involves overseeing programs that protect employees, property, and the environment from harm or damage. The EHS Manager acts as a key figure in integrating safety and environmental practices into the organization's daily operations.

- By collaborating with various departments, the EHS Manager works to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks. They are tasked with ensuring the company adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies. This position is central to fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among all employees.

Duties and Responsibilities :- ( 2 Opening )

- Conduct workplace safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.

- Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Manage the disposal of hazardous waste and oversee pollution control programs to ensure environmental compliance.

- Develop and execute emergency response plans and coordinate regular drills to prepare for potential incidents.

- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, managing all required reporting and correspondence.

- Analyze safety data and incident reports to identify trends and recommend preventative measures.

- Design and deliver safety training programs for all employees on company procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain all EHS documentation, including safety records, permits, and compliance reports, for internal and external review.

Education :

- BE / BTECH - Chemical / Mechanical

- MSC / MTECH - EVS / Sustainability / Chemical / Paints

- ADIS is Mandatory .
