Senior Business Analyst: Knowledge management : - The Senior Business Analyst is expected to act as the lead in identifying potential business opportunities and developing / maintaining knowledge management work. - This is an individual contributor role, and the Expert will work closely in collaboration with Consultants and Experts around the world on strategic knowledge management work. Role of Knowledge Manager - Key Aspects of your daily tasks : - Support in development and implementing lead Knowledge Management strategy and initiatives - Proactively build, maintain, and own the strategic knowledge assets for the Practice Groups including client focused documents, market information and knowledge, leveraging internal tools and platforms - Promoting collaboration across our key regions by way of sharing best in class documents, key client wins, broader industry related information/ numbers etc. - Developing standardized approaches and processes, in collaboration with other Practice Groups within Egon Zehnder, for superior client solutions - Proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner via PG newsletters etc. - Proactively providing insights on industry trends and key consumer companies. - Developing specialist knowledge into sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector.
