We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to take ownership of product vision, strategy, roadmap execution, and customer value delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful product features. This role requires expertise in understanding market trends, managing product documentation, driving pricing and packaging decisions, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy

- Define, refine, and communicate the product vision, long-term strategy, and value proposition.

- Develop clear product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market opportunities.

- Prioritize product features using data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market trends.

2. Customer & Market Understanding

- Internalize and represent the customer's voice throughout the product lifecycle.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify unmet needs.

- Develop customer personas and use cases to guide product decisions.

3. Roadmap Ownership & Execution

- Translate product vision into actionable stories, epics, and detailed requirements.

- Align cross-functional teams-engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support-on objectives and timelines.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.

4. Product Design & Documentation

- Create comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), feature briefs, and journey maps.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive product experiences.

- Maintain updated product documentation including release notes, FAQs, and training materials.

5. Go-to-Market Planning

- Support pricing decisions, packaging strategy, and feature positioning.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to craft messaging, demos, and launch materials.

- Coordinate product rollout and monitor post-launch performance.

6. Metrics & Performance Analysis

- Define key product KPIs and measure product performance against goals.

- Monitor user engagement, adoption, retention, funnel performance, and revenue impact.

- Use insights from analytics tools to plan iterations, enhancements, and A/B experiments.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business-facing teams.

- Communicate product decisions, timelines, and trade-offs clearly to all stakeholders.

- Manage expectations with leadership, customers, and internal teams.

8. Continuous Improvement

- Regularly gather customer feedback and identify areas of improvement.

- Influence product roadmap refinements based on user insights and data.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in product management in a tech or SaaS ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence.

Preferred:

- Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).

- Exposure to B2B or B2C digital products, SaaS platforms, or tech-based services.

- Understanding of APIs, technical architecture, and modern software development concepts.
