We are seeking a seasoned and highly strategic Senior Product Manager to own the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and iteration. The ideal candidate will be a customer champion, driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while directly managing critical business aspects like pricing and packaging.Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining, executing, and communicating the product strategy to achieve business goals:

Strategy & Vision:

- Roadmap Ownership: Define the product vision and strategically drive, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap to align with company goals and market opportunities.

- Market Expertise: Internalize and represent the customer's voice throughout the product lifecycle by maintaining deep customer and market knowledge.

- Trend Analysis: Translate market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback into a compelling product direction and vision.

Execution & Business Management:

- Business Strategy: Own and manage the pricing, packaging, and business model for new and existing product offerings.

- Documentation: Lead the creation and maintenance of essential product documentation, including user stories, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and functional specifications.

- Release Success: Define, collect, and measure key product metrics against established goals to inform the success of each release and plan subsequent iterations accordingly.

Collaboration & Tools:

- Agile Collaboration: Facilitate communication and ensure alignment with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

- Tool Proficiency: Utilize common Product Management tools for planning and execution.

III. Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years' proven experience in a Product Management role, preferably launching and scaling technical products.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field of study.

Execution Tools: Hands-on experience with product development and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.

Desired Skills:

Proven ability to define and execute successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
