Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Operations Define, implement, and maintain revenue operations processes across the organization, including lead management, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure CRM system reflects accurate, actionable data to support decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Automate and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve efficiency and visibility of business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and customer success processes with revenue goals. Growth Strategy Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis, market trends, and customer insights.
- Design and implement CRM-led campaigns to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention. Track key growth metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team. Evaluate and recommend CRM enhancements, marketing automation tools, and process improvements.
- CRM Management Act as the CRM champion, ensuring proper adoption, data hygiene, and user training. Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and automated nurturing workflows to increase pipeline velocity. Develop customized reports and dashboards for leadership to track revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration & Reporting Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and improve revenue predictability. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the leadership team.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates, deal sizes, and customer lifetime value. Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or growth operations. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Process-oriented mindset with experience in process design and automation.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus.
