Egisedge Technologies - Project Manager - Insurance Sector

Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership & Delivery:

- Independently manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

- Ensure all projects adhere to compliance requirements and organizational standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to drive project success.

Vendor Management:

- Oversee RFP/RFI processes for vendor selection and coordinate with onboarding.

- Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure contractual compliance.

Governance & Reporting:

- Develop and maintain project dashboards, financial reports, and governance documentation.

- Present project updates to senior leadership and escalate risks/issues promptly.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of Project Analysts, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and professional growth.

- Provide guidance on project governance, compliance, and best practices.

Risk & Compliance Management:

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, especially for insurance clients in US and UK markets.

Must have:

- Proven experience in managing projects within the US/UK insurance sector.

- MS Office Proficiency (Presentations & Excel).

- Exposure to preparation of executive decks like weekly, MBR & QBR.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multi-functional teams and deliver projects on time and budget.

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS)
