Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, activations), ensuring timely rollout across platforms.

- Content & Creative Coordination: Work with agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver creatives, packaging design elements, and collaterals as per brand guidelines.

- Market & Consumer Insights: Support consumer research by gathering on-ground feedback, tracking competitor activities, and preparing reports for the brand team.

- On-ground Activations: Coordinate with sales and operations teams for in-store branding, events, sampling drives, and other consumer-facing activations.

- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, sales impact, and brand health metrics; prepare MIS/reports for the brand team.

- Brand Compliance: Ensure all communications, packaging, and touchpoints are consistent with Eggoz brand guidelines.

- Vendor/ Agency Management: Liaison with vendors to ensure smooth operational synergies, vendor payments and deliveries.

Key Metrics:

- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and drive brand growth through cross functional

collaboration.

- Drive revenue of specific projects and overall brand health

- Maximise ROI by running marketing campaigns on all relevant platforms and devise platform specific strategies

Who are we looking for:

- Master's degree in marketing or a related field with 2-4 years of Brand/ Marketing experience in FMCG/ Food Industry preferred

- Prior exposure to digital and trade marketing will be an advantage

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research and data-driven decision-making

- Storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong ability to write business, creative and media briefs

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities

- Experience managing brand campaigns across digital and traditional media

- Team player, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
