Role Overview:

As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Business Partner for Eggfirst's new venture, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, P&L, and growth trajectory of your business. This is not an employee-employer relationship; it is a true business partnership where you have real ownership and the opportunity for significant upside as the business expands. Eggfirst will provide capital, brand leverage, strategic relationships, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the vision, strategic plan, and roadmaps for your venture.

- Build and lead a core team, including recruiting key roles and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Drive product development, sales, marketing, and customer acquisition efforts.

- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and key performance metrics.

- Collaborate with Eggfirst's centralized functions-finance, HR, legal, and technology-for support and scaling.

- Represent your venture at industry events and with stakeholders.

- 7+ years of experience, with a proven entrepreneurial background (founding, leading, or scaling a startup or business unit Head).

- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and milestones to Eggfirst's leadership and investment committees.

- Deep understanding of rural India, media, commerce, or related sectors.

- Willingness to take calculated risks and accountability for results.

- Openness to equity-based compensation and profit sharing linked to venture performance.

- Interest in an Entrepreneur-in-Residence or venture founder role, with the opportunity to own and operate a new business line as a true partner.

Compensation & Structure:
