Eggfirst is looking for experienced professionals to join us as Eggfirst Business Associates (EBAs) and build new business ventures with the backing of an established 20+ year-old agency.

As an EBA, you will have the opportunity to identify, build and lead a business as an entrepreneur, while leveraging Eggfirst's existing capabilities, infrastructure, talent and expertise.

This is not a conventional employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities - verticals

- Developing the business proposition, revenue model and go-to-market strategy

- Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients - partners

- Leveraging your professional network and industry relationships to generate business

- Acquiring and managing key clients and strategic relationships

- Building and leading the team required to execute and scale the business

- Taking ownership of the venture's revenue, profitability and overall P&L

- Developing strategic partnerships and new channels for growth

- Driving the business from idea - market validation - first revenue - sustainable business - scale

- Taking end-to-end ownership of the venture and its growth
