- Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage recruitment programs, and ensure branch-level targets are consistently achieved.

- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with proven experience in sales and branch management.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kochi center Lead and motivate the sales and support team to meet performance and revenue targets

- Implement and monitor recruitment programs to meet staffing needs

- Handle client/customer inquiries and ensure excellent service delivery Monitor sales pipeline and ensure target achievement

- Maintain operational efficiency and coordinate with the head office Prepare regular reports on performance, revenue, and employee productivity Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and compliance guidelines

- Requirments: Master's/Bachelors Degree(any discipline) Minimum 2 years in Sales or Branch
