About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy, drive revenue, and manage P&L. As part of the team, you'll shape business direction, unlock new opportunities, and align cross-functional teams to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies and expansion plans to meet revenue, growth, and profitability goals, including new product launches and entry into emerging markets.
- Design and execute effective sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive customer acquisition and product penetration.
- Take ownership of the company's P&L, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain operational efficiency through strong fiscal discipline and budgeting.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and areas for innovation.
- Ensure seamless coordination among sales, marketing, product, and technology teams to align execution with company objectives.
- Mentor teams, foster a high-performance culture, and track KPIs to report on business progress and strategic outcomes to senior leadership.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven P&L ownership and growth delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and upskilling products, with strong HNI client connections.
- Well-networked with HR leaders and CHROs, with solid experience in the HR tech space.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented self-starter with a customer-first and lead-by-example mindset
