Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role. - Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and business workflows. - Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze data, optimize performance, and implement strategic improvements. - Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and process automation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure. - Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. - Knowledge of compliance regulations, risk management, and industry best practices.
