About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to drive channel acquisition and program sales while managing strategic client relationships.
- This is a hands-on, sales + account management profile (not a team management role), requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to deliver measurable results.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B sales strategy, channel development, and customer engagement, with the ability to navigate competitive markets, identify growth opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Acquisition:
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies to identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners.
- Build a high-quality pipeline of partners through consultative selling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft partner-focused campaigns and sales enablement materials.
- Drive long-term partner engagement by ensuring alignment of incentives, market positioning, and joint growth objectives.
Program Sales:
- Develop and execute robust sales playbooks and strategies to exceed program revenue targets.
- Partner with product management and marketing to align program offerings with customer needs and industry trends.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new growth avenues, competitive differentiators, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Leverage data-driven insights and sales intelligence tools (e. , CRM dashboards, funnel analytics) to maximize conversion rates.
Client Engagement & Retention:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their requirements, business priorities, and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding, program adoption, and post-sales support.
- Actively gather client feedback and translate insights into product improvements and solution innovation.
- Build strategic account plans to maximize lifetime value and customer satisfaction.

- Foster a growth-focused, entrepreneurial culture with a relentless pursuit of targets.
- Continuously refine sales approaches using A/B tested outreach strategies, automation, and pipeline optimization.
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging innovative ideas to scale revenue and operational efficiency.
- Own end-to-end accountability for achieving and surpassing sales numbers within an individual capacity.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in inside sales, channel acquisition, or B2B program sales, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or Tech-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of consultative selling, account management, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. ), sales automation tools, and analytics-driven reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client challenges into high-value solutions.
