Educational Initiatives - Senior Manager - Impact Assessments

About the job:

Research & Evaluation:

- Design and execute mixed-methods research (qualitative interviews, classroom observations, and quantitative analysis).

- Develop competency-based assessment tools with psychometric rigor.

- Analyse large-scale student learning data to identify trends and gaps.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Represent EI in education policy forums and working groups.

- Conduct capacity building workshops for government officials.

- Present findings to education departments and policy makers.

Project Leadership:

- Manage research teams and project timelines.

- Ensure quality assurance of all assessment deliverables.

- Develop policy recommendations based on research findings.

Qualifications and Experience

1.7-10 years of experience, (preferably in the education or development sector, with at least 4 years of relevant managerial experience.)

2.Advanced degree in Education, Economics, Psychology or related field

Strong Expertise Required in:

1.Research methodology

2.Statistical analysis & psychometrics

3.Communication and presentation skills

4.Working with government systems preferred
