Position: Lead/Associate Manager, Learning and Development In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing impactful learning and development initiatives that align with Ei's mission and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and drive a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and performance improvement across the organization. Location: Bangalore or Ahmedabad Key responsibilities: 1. Support the strategy and Program design of all central L&D initiatives at Ei: - Define and execute a dynamic L&D roadmap, incorporating both technical and soft skill development, encompassing knowledge management, skill-building, manager enablement, attitudes shaping, and employee well-being. - Regularly assess the L&D needs of different business units and teams to identify skill gaps, learning needs and align L&D initiatives with business goals. 2. Plan and execute all L&D interventions: - Incorporate adult learning principles, experiential learning, and blended learning approaches to maximize engagement and knowledge retention in all learning interventions - Design and curate engaging learning interventions, including workshops, webinars, online courses, and hands-on practical sessions. 3. Knowledge Management and Content Curation for L&D: - Support in the creation of a dynamic L&D knowledge management system to organize, share, and disseminate information, best practices, and learning resources - Create/curate engaging and effective learning modules and courses on the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate synchronous and asynchronous learning. 4. Learning Culture and Measurement: - Develop mechanisms to measure and improve the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives, collecting feedback and analyzing data to refine programs. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and personal growth throughout the organization. Skills and Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in designing & implementing training and capacity building initiatives in Education, EdTech or any any sector - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills - Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and innovative L&D methodologies - Data-driven approach to measure impact of program
