We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our global ed-tech startup - as a full-time team member- . Our team is international and the main target market, for now, is India. Please read the page carefully, at the end it says what the next steps are : Your main tasks be : - Develop a strategy for the promotion of social networks (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) - Launch advertising campaigns on YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook - Set up and manage advertising campaigns in all key channels: Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, direct placements with bloggers or other unspecified channels - Form hypotheses to attract new users and run them yourself. For example, you might suggest ideas for changing the funnel into a product, come up with a new project, or something else. - Participate in the production of creatives and landing pages. Generate ideas and participate in brainstorming. Provide structural commentary. - Analyze the effectiveness of hypotheses - Structuring, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets - Setting tasks for launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on sites. Key selection, analytics on the results of the placement. - Development and implementation of an online advertising strategy, media planning; - Testing hypotheses to improve the quality of traffic, adjustment of the semantic core. - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues - Build a systematic strategic work of different channels of attraction Requirements : - Fluent English speaker - At least 2 year of experience in Marketing in a similar position - You understand how to work with budgets of 2-3 million rupees per month. And you understand how it differs from working with microbudgets. - Actively keep up with all the news on advertising channels and take advantage of it. - You can tell the difference between good and bad creative.
