Product Engineer

Job Description: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on setting up the Sales vertical. - Develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent across different levels. - Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements and hiring plans. - Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation processes. - Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Learning & Development: - Identify skill gaps and propose learning solutions aligned with business goals. - Design, implement, and track effectiveness of training and development programs. - Coordinate with external training vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate sessions. Stakeholder Management: - Act as a strategic HR partner to Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams. - Offer consultative support for organizational development and team-building initiatives. - Maintain continuous feedback loops with hiring managers and department heads. Mobility & Office Collaboration: - Willingness to travel frequently across Mumbai and Pune office locations. - Ensure on-ground support during key recruitment drives, onboarding, and training events. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 6-8 years of HR experience with a strong recruitment foundation. - Proven track record in setting up or scaling a business vertical (preferably Sales). - Experience in L&D program implementation and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. - Flexible to travel as required across locations.
