Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (B2B) to lead business development initiatives, manage key enterprise accounts, and drive revenue growth. The role involves strategic sales planning, client acquisition, sales team leadership, pipeline management, and deal closure within the supply chain and logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within warehousing, logistics, and supply chain services

- Execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and onboard enterprise and mid-market clients

- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and qualification through multiple channels

Sales Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives

- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks

- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure revenue goals are met

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers

- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including presentations, negotiations, and contract closures

- Handle key accounts and ensure long-term client retention

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

- Maintain and track sales pipeline using CRM tools

- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and revenue projections

- Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer success teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales (logistics, supply chain, warehousing preferred)

- Proven track record in enterprise sales, key account management, and deal closure

- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, forecasting, and revenue planning

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills

- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value contracts

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
