Edgistify is India's leading integrated supply chain platform solving warehousing and logistics challenges for B2B and B2C brands. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader who can drive revenue, build enterprise relationships, and scale a high-performing sales engine.

As the Head - Sales, you will own Edgistify's sales strategy and execution across regions and industry verticals. From 0-1 to 1-10 growth, your role is to drive scale through solution selling, client-first thinking, and commercial acumen in the warehousing and 3PL space.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy and revenue generation across B2B and B2C clients

- Design and execute growth plans across FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, pharma, and retail sectors

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team across geographies

- Own the sales pipeline, deal structuring, and closure cycles from pitch to onboarding

- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized, solution-based proposals

- Maintain and grow CXO-level client relationships and lead enterprise-level negotiations

-Drive data-backed decision-making through forecasting, dashboards, and CRM tools

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role

- Proven success in scaling sales in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL domains

- Deep knowledge of fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and supply chain operations

- Strong exposure to consultative/solution selling

- Excellent commercial and strategic acumen in RFQs, pricing models, and revenue forecasting

- High ownership mindset, startup agility, and clarity in ambiguity

- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce) and sales analytics tools

- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy preferred
