Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive for Compensation & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing total rewards strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent in a competitive tech landscape. You will work closely with HR business partners, finance teams, and leadership to ensure that our compensation frameworks are both market-aligned and fiscally responsible. Your day-to-day efforts will involve deep-dive data analysis, benchmarking against industry standards, and managing the end-to-end compensation planning cycle to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across our Bangalore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute annual compensation planning cycles, including salary revisions, bonus payouts, and equity grants, to ensure seamless implementation and adherence to organizational budgets.

- Conduct comprehensive compensation benchmarking exercises by analyzing market data and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

- Partner with HR leadership to refine compensation strategies, ensuring that reward structures align with the evolving business goals and performance metrics of the organization.

- Manage the administration of total rewards programs, including health benefits, insurance, and retirement schemes, to enhance the overall employee value proposition.

- Perform rigorous data audits and analysis to identify pay gaps or inconsistencies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

- Support the design and communication of incentive plans, ensuring that performance-linked rewards are transparent and effectively drive desired employee behaviors.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end compensation and benefits processes, with a strong grasp of variable pay structures and long-term incentive plans.

- Proficiency in advanced data modeling and analytical tools to translate complex compensation data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior management.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex reward policies to diverse stakeholders and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

- Strong educational background, preferably an MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation in organizational behavior and financial management.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in payroll and benefits administration.

- Professional experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in a dedicated C&B or Total Rewards function within a large-scale enterprise or technology firm.
