Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large, complex client programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong program governance, client management, execution oversight, risk management, and leadership capabilities to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership, Governance & Reporting:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and ensure effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

- Lead and govern the end-to-end lifecycle of large, complex programs comprising multiple projects and workstreams.

- Establish and drive program governance structures, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and operating cadences.

- Ensure execution alignment across project managers, delivery teams, architects, consultants, and business stakeholders.

- Monitor program progress, milestones, dependencies, budget utilization, quality metrics, and resource plans.

- Prepare and present executive program dashboards, governance reports, and status updates for leadership reviews.

Client Management:

- Serve as the primary client-facing Program Manager and trusted advisor throughout program execution.

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leadership teams.

- Understand client objectives and ensure successful alignment of delivery outcomes to business expectations.

- Manage client expectations, delivery commitments, project timelines, and scope changes.

Scope, Risk & Issue Management:

- Define and maintain overall program scope and ensure alignment across projects and workstreams.

- Govern change requests and monitor scope deviations.

- Identify program risks, dependencies, and critical issues.

- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize business impact.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams.

- Foster collaboration across consulting, delivery, engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Financial & Operational Excellence:

- Track program budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and profitability metrics.

- Ensure efficient resource allocation across projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related discipline.

- MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.

- 14+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or large-scale transformation initiatives.

- Proven experience managing enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, vendors, and business functions.

- Strong client-facing experience with global customers and executive stakeholders.

- Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed teams.
