Job Description:

We are looking for Product Managers with experience in building products in one of the spaces between:

- Process orchestration, Workflow, case management, Low code-No Code, Business Process Management (BPM).

- Looking for around 4-12 years of experience in this domain and must have worked on market analysis, competition research, product strategy, requirement gathering and elicitation, product documentation and user research.

- Preferable skills are team management, negotiations and proactive communication,

- In-depth understanding of Gen AI and its impact on work is crucial, while experience on Gen-AI is preferred.

- Right candidate will be a go-getter, who can drive product ideation, evangelization, development, go-to-market and adoption, on his/her own.

Good To Have:

- Prior Experience in AI enabled / using products - NLP or Computer vision, ML, or AI

- Familiarity with various generative AI models, such as generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and transformer models, is important to understand their strengths, limitations, and use cases.

- Experience in transformer models like BERT, Contract BERT

- Machine Learning, AI, Language models experience, or experience in AI builder products.

- Limited experience in Data science and data engineering is a plus

- Scaled agile product management principles

Qualification: MBA from a Tier1/Tier 2 institute
