Work with Business Finance team to ensure diligence around Deal Review and Financial Planning & Analysis Roles & Responsibilities - Financial planning & analysis - Working on the Yearly and Quarterly Business plan for the unit along with business and ensuring all the key parameters. Presenting a monthly deviation report against budgets/plan - Monthly/Quarterly Financial reporting - Sharing performance review reports for unit with leadership - Deal Review - Understanding various deal related details with business and making recommendation to leadership on finance view point. - Compliance - Ensure all the compliance including tax, (direct & indirect tax), Legal and internal system compliances are adhered to Others: - Partnering with the business on various aspects on finance and helping them navigate challenges - Monitoring Key Business Metrics - Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles, especially on Revenue Recognition - Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place Qualification: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience
