Job Summary:

- We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Data Architect / Data Management Lead to drive strategic data initiatives across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise data modeling, data architecture, data warehousing, database design, data migration, master data management (MDM), and data governance.

- This role also involves mentoring technical leads and architects in the domain of data management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data models aligned with business objectives.

- Architect scalable and secure data warehouse solutions and oversee database design best practices.

- Manage data migration projects across heterogeneous systems ensuring integrity and minimal downtime.

- Drive MDM initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of core business data.

- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the enterprise.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps.

- Mentor and guide technical leads and architects in data management principles and practices.

- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data architecture and governance.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.

- Proven expertise in enterprise data modeling (3NF, dimensional, Data Vault).

- Strong experience with data warehouse platforms, ETL tools, and database technologies.

- Hands-on experience in MDM, data governance, and metadata management.

- Excellent understanding of data migration strategies and tools.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with tools like Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, SSIS, and Drools.

- Familiarity with data cataloging tools (Alation, Collibra) and pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Azure Data Factory).

- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Certifications in data architecture, MDM, or governance frameworks
