Job Title: Senior Data Product Manager Location: Bangalore Department: Data COE About the Role: We are seeking a visionary Senior Data Product Manager to lead our data product strategy and execution. This leadership role is pivotal in transforming data into a strategic asset, enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to define, build, and scale data products that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Ownership: Define and drive the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. - Leadership & Influence: Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact data initiatives. - Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products-from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement. - Data Governance & Quality: Champion data governance, privacy, and quality standards across all data products. - Innovation & Scalability: Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (AI/ML, data mesh, etc.) to enhance data product capabilities. - Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure data products meet user needs and drive adoption. - Metrics & Impact: Define KPIs and success metrics for data products and ensure continuous tracking and optimization. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on data products or platforms. - Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level. - Strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering, analytics, and governance. - Extensive experience on Data Platforms / Data layers - Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field. Preferred Skills: - Experience in building data products in regulated industries ( - Familiarity with AI/ML product development and ethical data use. - Certifications in product management or data governance (e.g., Pragmatic PM, DAMA, etc.).
