Key Responsibilities: - Design and evaluate learning frameworks aligned with specific product definitions and learning objectives. - Conduct in-depth research on academic curricula and collaborate with subject matter experts to build assessment rubrics and pedagogical approaches. - Develop the philosophy, structure, and detailed learning outcomes of each course and lesson. - Create sample course materials and assessments in structured formats. - Build and manage a team of content creators, instructors, and subject experts. - Collaborate with experts to define essential course content and skills. - Maintain timelines and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery. - Oversee quality control to ensure content meets educational standards, is error-free, and creatively designed. - Develop training manuals and lead training sessions for teachers, school leaders, and internal sales/marketing teams. Required Skills And Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in EdTech. - Deep understanding of K-12 learning methods and educational innovation. - Strong writing and secondary research abilities (including use of AI tools). - Proficient in tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, Adobe XD. - Capable of presenting information creatively in text and visual formats. - Experience in team and project management. - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
