Role Objective

The Regional Tariff Manager will play a critical role in governing and optimizing pricing and tariff management processes across selected ECU offices. The primary objective of the role is to develop deep product and process knowledge, ensure strong compliance with global standards, and provide recommendations that enhance overall tariff accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

The individual will need to understand end-to-end business workflows, country-specific practices, and the functionality of the TOPAZ product and ECU360 platform. The role requires regular interaction with business users, operations, sales teams, and other stakeholders to drive adoption of best practices, ensure data consistency, and improve process governance. Over time, the Regional Tariff Manager will be developed into a subject matter expert capable of training users, defining SOPs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the key partner for Operations and Sales Managers in local offices on all tariff- and cost-related matters within the Topaz ERP.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of country-specific billing and pricing practices and ensure these are reflected appropriately in global processes and product configuration.

- Act as the subject matter expert for tariff and billing processes on ECU360, providing guidance and clarifications to users.

- Create and maintain SOPs; work closely with data entry teams and vendors to ensure complete and accurate tariff data.

- Review the Routing Guide and ensure countries adhere strictly to routing-related rules, processes, and compliance requirements.

- Provide recommendations to improve tariff workflows, enhance data quality, and streamline user interactions with the system.

- Gather user feedback and collaborate with global teams to help shape product enhancements and standardize processes.
