Qualifications:  - At least Master's Degree in Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Public Policy, Law or Business Administration from a recognized/reputed institution in India or abroad  Preferred Experience:  - At least 15 years of strong experience in the IT and ITeS sector in Business Development, Management Consulting, Government Consulting, working with Industry Associations etc.  - Sector expertise in IT and ITeS sector mandatory   - Excellent network within the IT and ITeS sector in India and abroad  - Strong management skills, particularly in planning, scheduling, and managing multiple tasks and people working under tight deadlines  - Experience in managing large projects for governments, private sector, multilateral clients and industry associations   - Demonstrated team management and mentoring skills  - Experience in writing technical proposals and reports  Broad Job Description:  - To work in the capacity of an advisor to APEDB and develop strategies of growth for the IT/ITeS sector in Andhra Pradesh  - To work closely with the Economic Development Board (EDB) in proactively marketing the potential projects to global investors and be willing to participate in the worldwide investment promotion events from the government's side  - To lead or be a member of the Task Force of Information Technology in the state; the task force would co-ordinate and develop synergy between the key stakeholders relevant to the IT and ITeS sector and recommend instrumental strategies for re- invigorating the sectoral potential in all aspects.   - To mentor EDB in facilitation of high value projects in the IT and ITeS sector in the state  - To strategically build the investment promotion sector practice and expanding the client base in domestic / international markets.
